“It’s Just a Feeling” Dynamic Studio Environment

New entrepreneurial ventures are often defined by big visions, tight timelines, stretched budgets, risk, and nerves. In close collaboration with owner Jessica Bauer-Greene of It's Just A Feeling, the Physical Space team, and designer Mathew Phillip Williams, the time between signing a lease and opening needed to be quick and efficient, with clear communication and fast action.

Figure Plant brought its well-honed expertise of bringing big visions to life in compressed timelines. By guiding the design and ownership teams with smart fabrication choices and design modifications, we were able to efficiently maximize shop-built components that installed quickly, conforming to an old building with nary a straight wall or square corner.

The result is a flexible, welcoming environment that supports exactly that vision—connection, experimentation, and shared experience—delivered on a tight timeline and built to evolve over time.
